A Podcast Built On Spook

Alex and Celisa love reading. Simple as that. They were both voracious readers throughout childhood and teens, but as higher level education took priority, they lost touch with their reading-for-fun hobby. After they finished their education, settled into their respective adult lives, they were determined to start reading with one thing in mind, fun. Alex and Celisa started this bookclub in Fall 2020 as a way to foster their love of spooky reads while staying connected and surviving a global pandemic. As avid lovers of true crime podcasts, everything Halloween, vampires, serial killers, werewolves, ghosts, and everything in between; they dedicate Terror & Tangents to finding the book with the perfect “spook factor.” After a year of countless giggles and glorious rabbit holes, they decided to start recording. Thank you for being here and welcome.
